Refund & Replacement Policy

Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in the cases mentioned below.

Replacement is allowed only within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • Product received is different from what was ordered

Conditions for Replacement:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and warranty cards must be intact

  • Only one replacement per order is allowed

Our team may troubleshoot the issue online, over phone, or through a technical check before approving replacement.

If no defect is confirmed within 3 days, the customer may be directed to the brand’s authorized service center.


πŸ’° Refund Policy (Only If Replacement Is Not Possible)

  • Refund will be issued only if replacement is not possible

  • Refund will be processed after the returned product is received and verified

  • Refund will be made to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days


🚫 Replacement Rejection

Replacement may be rejected if:

  • Product is damaged due to customer misuse

  • Accessories or original packaging are missing

  • Return request is raised after 3 days of delivery
