At All Decision, we ensure safe packaging and timely delivery of your orders.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

  • Once your order is confirmed, it undergoes a quality inspection.

  • After passing the final quality check, the product is securely packed.

  • The order is then handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

  • In case the delivery partner is unable to reach your address, they will contact you to complete the delivery.

How Are Items Packaged?

We are committed to safe and eco-friendly packaging:

  • Orders are packed in All Decision branded cardboard boxes

  • Packaging materials are recyclable and eco-friendly

  • We aim to reduce plastic usage wherever possible while ensuring product safety

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India

  • International shipping is not available at this time

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via:

    • Registered email

    • SMS / WhatsApp (if available)

  • You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section on our website

Estimated Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–4 business days

  • Dispatch does not include Sundays and public holidays

  • Some products may require sourcing directly from brands, which can cause minor delays

  • During sale events, dispatch may take up to 5 business days

Multiple Shipments

  • Your order may be delivered in multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations

  • No extra shipping or COD charges will be applied for multiple shipments

Shipping Charges & Payment Mode

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹99

  • Standard shipping charges may apply below this amount

  • Currently, we are processing prepaid orders only

  • All prepaid payments are 100% secure and refundable in case of valid issues
